The high-waisted button front denim midi is probably my favorite thing to happen to Fall 2015 fashion. If you follow bloggers, read fashion magazines, or have been on Pinterest lately, then you’re probably somewhat aware of this new trend that’s sweeping fashion by storm.
A Denim Midi & Laser Cut Heels
As it’s not entirely fall just yet, and by no means sweater weather in Houston, I’m styling this fall staple with a white off-the-shoulder top and laser cut heels for the perfect end of summer look.
These taupe Willow Heels from Restricted Shoes go with almost every outfit I can put together in my closet. And they’re comfortable too! I love any heel that has extra support around the ankle. I wear heels to the office almost every day, so this makes them that much more bearable to walk around in throughout the day.
off the shoulder embroidered top ONLY $13!!! // lisi lerch tassel earrings c/o // denim midi skirt // coach empire caryall c/o // willow heels from restricted shoes c/o // sunnies
I love that this outfit works perfectly for both fall and summer. Thankfully white after Labor Day is no longer a rule, because I can’t stop / won’t stop wearing my favorite white embroidered pieces! On another note, can you guys believe that this off-the-shoulder top is ONLY $13? I kinda flipped when I saw the price tag. The quality is great for such a low price point too! The length of the top is on the shorter side, so I love the way it looks tucked into high waisted shorts, skirts & jeans.
As it’s the Friday before a three day weekend, I am sure you guys are all just as excited as I am to get out of the office and enjoy some extra time off. I’ll be seeing so many old friends tonight as well as family that I haven’t seen in almost a year! I can NOT wait! Also, I just packed my suitcase and it looks like a bachelorette party (& hot pink flowers) exploded in it. One can not pack too many flower crowns & leis when you’re the Maid of Honor planning the ultimate bachelorette weekend, am I right?
Have a great long weekend, y’all! And as always, thanks for stopping by the blog!
