top || booties || jeans || necklace || handbag || sunglasses
Now this outfit is how you do fall in Texas! It’s an easy transitional look with lightweight layers in fall colors and textures. Today I’m sharing this pretty outfit of mine (believe it or not this adoooorable top is maternity), plus I’m talking about how I use this cowhide tote bag every. single. day!
Outfit Details:
peplum top c/o || maroon booties c/o || maternity jeans || necklace || cowhide handbag c/o || sunglasses
This peplum top (only $36!) from Pinkblush Maternity is one of the greatest things to happen to my wardrobe this fall. It’s such a flattering top and goes with just about everything in my closet. And I’m convinced that from some angles, it hides the bump altogether. Which obviously I don’t want to hiiiide the bump, but it’s nice when an outfit makes you look/feel smaller than you are! 😉
And without further ado, my Telluride Cowhide Handbag from Mark & Graham is like a dream purse for this Texas gal! (Expect to see “her” a lot on the blog this fall!) I’ve always loved cowhide textures, whether on throw pillows, rugs or even on my wallet. This is my first cowhide handbag and I’m simply smitten! I actually use this every day to carry my laptop to and from work. It’s just big enough for a laptop, a few files & notebooks and my must have essentials. Before this bag, I typically lugged around a huge tote and a crossbody. It’s nice not having to keep up with two bags every day!
On another note, is it wrong that I’m listening to Christmas music as I type this? I’m typically a “wait for Thanksgiving to be over” kind of gal. But for some reason this morning, I woke up and just couldn’t resist!
Hope you all have a great start to your work week! And as always, thanks for stopping by the blog!
