Summer Style 2 Ways with Minnetonka

I shot these two looks earlier this spring and I am so excited to share them with y’all today! I’ve been a fan of Minnetonka’s moccasins for years & years. I’m currently wearing a pair right now as I type this, actually. They’re the best shoes to just throw on and go. And I tend to wear them all day long when I’m at home too. But each and every season, Minnetonka continues to surprise me with their new styles that don’t fall into the moccasin category.

Today I’m sharing two cute look styles around a pair of adorable Minnetonka heels and their new ballet flats! (Just as comfy as the moccasins btw!) Head on down for more!

You guys, this is probably only the second or third time I’ve ever worn a jumpsuit. The eyelet details in this one had me unable to resist! I’m thinking I may need to dabble more in the trend this summer. Sure makes for a comfortable stylish toddler chasing look! Speaking of comfortable, these Mona Sandals from Minnetonka totally are!

The woven details are just that – actually woven cream denim. How cool is that!? They come in blue and black too and make for a stylish shoe for any summertime activity.

This second look I styled with Minnetonka is so so so me! I feel like I live in embroidered tops and skinny jeans so this outfit is basically like my uniform. This embroidered top has the same look as many of the hand embroidered Mexican tops you’ll find in boutiques and across the web. But it comes in at a really great price point (under $20) if you’re hesitant to drop a lot on the trend.

Shop the Look

I will say, I do have a hand embroidered Mexican top (you can see it in this post here) and I think that the artisans who invest their time and money in the details deserve every penny that those tops are priced! The quality of the shirts from brands like Adelita Mia can’t be beaten – and I know my pieces from them will live in my closet for years to come. But what I love about this blouse is that I’m not afraid to get ice cream spilled on it, have it drawn on with markers or get dirty from a day of playing in the yard. Sometimes you have to have things in your closet for those kinds of days right!?

These black ballet flats from Minnetonka are pretty great for those play days too! They’re simple, comfortable and oh-so-stylish. They go with literally everything in my wardrobe. These leather flights have a small little Minnetonka charm on the heel and a padded insole that sets them apart.

I love how both of these looks are so different from one another while also being comfortable and stylish enough to take on anything that might come your way! Thanks so much to Minnetonka for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions are my own. Thanks to you guys for supporting the brands that make Lone Star Looking Glass possible.
