My summer maternity style game has consisted of mostly easy breezy dresses. When it comes to silhouettes, the billowy the better! Today, I’m rounding up a few of my favorite bohemian maxi dresses from across the web. Not only are all of these stunners right on trend, but they are non-maternity pieces that also work well with a baby bump. So if you’re expecting, you can expect one of these dresses to last you longer than just one season too.

This pretty green and blue dress was a Free People find that not only made me feel like a summertime goddess while wearing it but it is also lightweight, comfortable and feels oh-so-flattering to my baby bump. The Hanalei Dress comes in a lovely mustard shade too. It looks just as chic without a bump underneath, I let my sister in law borrow it at the beach and it was simply stunning on her!

Boho Maxi Dresses for Moms to Be

I’ve scoured the web to round up a few similar style bohemian dresses that not only flatter a growing baby bump but also keeps the moms to be stylish. Swipe through the gallery above to see my picks. This navy blue midi dress, for example, would be darling as a fall transitional piece – wear it with sandals now and booties later. I also just found this light blue peasant style dress on Amazon for right around $30. I sized up to fit my 8-9 month bump and am hoping the smocked top and adjustable sleeves will make this a great nursing friendly option in the coming weeks too.

When you’re looking for non-maternity dresses to comfortably fit your growing baby bump, instead of sizing up in everything, try to find extra billowy silhouettes in your current size that way you can get wear out of the piece the next season too. A-line, oversized dresses are all over the place right now and it couldn’t be a better time, style-wise, to be sporting a baby bump!

For those of you who are also expecting, what types of clothing have you been gravitating towards? Do you gravitate toward bohemian maxi dresses?  Let me know in a comment below!

I know some people love body-con dresses or live in their leggings and maternity tees. Depending on the day, I’ll opt for either of those styles too! It’s always fun to mix things up.

And as always, thanks for stopping by the blog! xo, Alice
