When most of us pick out our holiday party dresses, we usually tend to gravitate towards shades of red, green, gold, silver, black & navy blue. You know, the typical holiday colors. I love the idea of standing out from the crowd & choosing PINK for a holiday party dress.
Today I’m sharing details about this pretty pretty pink dress as well as giving you all one LAST chance to enter my Yoana Baraschi Holiday Party Dress Giveaway!
This pretty pink dress is called the “Saint Amour Brocade Low Back Dress.” It makes perfect sense, with its gorgeous pink, red & white hue, that it must have the French word for love in the title.
What sets this dress apart from the rest (other than it’s lovely color) is the brocade detail. The floral brocade design has a raised/textured feel to it that makes the fabric almost seem 3D in person. Very cool touch!
Did you catch me saying “low back” earlier? I have a thing for Yoana Baraschi’s low back dresses rat the moment. (Have y’all seen this post?)
The low back addition gives this dress a more “sultry/party/sexy” vibe, which is something you wouldn’t expect from a pink floral fit & flare dress! 😉
This dress absolutely calls for gold & white accessories! Sometimes I’m not sure when it comes to party dresses – what color to accessorize with. Most of the time I naturally assume black heels & a black purse. But when I paired black with this dress it didn’t seem as festive as it could be.
The gold details certainly took the look to a new level. One of which I can’t wait to repeat again come February 14th!
