Last fall, I had what I called my “fall uniform.” This consisted of a flowy plaid flannel peasant top, jeans, and boots. Perfect for fall, of course. Well, why not have a “spring uniform” too? And what I mean by uniform … is that if I could wear this outfit every.single.day. and get away with it, I would!
I think that this floral skirt from anthro my just be one of my favorite purchases in years. I keep surprising myself with the different ways to style it. (Stripes, whites, chambray, crop tops, … the list goes on!) But my favorite way to wear this skirt is with my trusty go-to chambray top. It keeps the look casual enough for a normal day of running errands, but dressy enough for brunch with friends or out on the town.
Do you have go-to spring pieces that you can’t seem to stop wearing either?

PS. Yay! It’s FRIDAY!! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! After our vacation out west last week, Patrick and I plan on staying in and relaxing. Hoping the weather stays nice so we can get some pool time in, but if not I would be A-Okay with a weekend spent curled up at home, catching up on my book club’s latest read, All the Light We Cannot See
. I’ve been a bad member and skipped the post two books. Oops! But at least I was reading something (Cough Cough Nicholas Sparks’ The Longest Ride
) it may just not have been for book club!

As always, thanks for stopping by the blog!
