It’s that time of year again when you don’t know if you should be wearing shorts or jeans with a tank, tee or sweater. With chilly mornings and warm afternoons, the key to combating the end of one season and the beginning of another is layering. I’m sharing one of my favorite laid-back layered looks and a roundup of five jackets under $50 that are perfect for both now and later below!
I’ve always loved the look of a green army anorak jacket and this one has bonus points thanks to the pearl details along the sleeves! (Sadly, it sold out before I could share it with you all BUT the same site has a very very similar version that’s less than $30 that is just as cute.) When it comes to styling structured almost masculine looking pieces, I think it’s important to balance them with sweeter feminine pieces. Like my look, today – topping a green army jacket over an eyelet white blouse. Skinny jeans and heels also help to dress up the jacket and tie it all together into a chic look for a girl on the go!
