When I was wedding planning all those years (5.5!!) ago, I tried so many different teeth whitening strips and regimens to get those oh-so-pearly whites for my big day. The whitening process is really simple. After applying the gel side of the strips to your unbrushed teeth, you’ll hang tight for 60-minutes before taking them off and using the Crest blue light.
I like to apply the strips after dinner and just before bed. I am an avid reader (see my latest reads here) and dive into a book almost every night. I’ll usually set an alarm that reminds me it’s time to take the strips off or I’ll find that I get so lost in my novels that I totally forget!
