Mother’s Day is 13 days away, which means we all have enough time to order something online & have it shipped before we celebrate the moms in our lives on this special day. Phew!! Normally, I’m pretty last minute when it comes to picking out gifts. I tend to thrive under pressure, ha. But with life lately, proactively planning is key!
Gone are the conveniences of running to our favorite boutiques to browse and relying on 2-day shipping of our favorite non-essential items. Quarantine life has shifted my mentality and I’ve learned to plan ahead better when it comes to just about everything – even ordering all of my groceries days in advance!
Hopefully, my little round up of Mother’s Day Gifts inspires you to shop for moms in your life. Or maybe the link to this blog post inspires your spouse to take note and plan for your special day too!

Mother’s Day is a day to spoil (and be spoiled) in recognition of all of the hard work Mamas do each & every day. I mean honestly, the biggest gift of all for me is being able to leisurely drink coffee in bed and read my book instead of reporting to the daily grind at 6:40 am … but I’ll happily take any of the items rounded above & below for recognition too!
A Few Of My Favorite Mother’s Day Gift Ideas
These oh-so-stunning earrings from Nicola Bathie Jewelry make a fabulous statement and are heirloom quality. It’s a gift a mom can hang out to and pass down to her daughters one day. I love anything cameo especially this fresh take on it.
I can’t say enough good things about Jurlique’s Rosewater Balancing Mist. I spray it on my face each evening after washing and moisturizing and it is absolutely the most refreshing and wonderful feeling! It’s the little moments like this that make such a difference these days.
Stylish trinkets & decor make great gifts because they aren’t often something people buy for themselves. These Blue Leopard Bookends are less than $25 at Target and this blue & white trinket box would be adorable on a bedside table and is less than $30. I am also loving gold glass picture frames at the moment! This set from Anthropologie goes with just about any decor & can highlight the ones she loves in style.
In the past, we’ve celebrated Mother’s Day by going out to a delicious brunch and visiting a favorite park or garden afterward. While I don’t believe we will be leaving our house this Mother’s Day, I’m sure we’ll whip something up delicious at home, eat out on our patio and take an afternoon neighborhood stroll. Only wishing my Mom could join in on the fun too! We will just have to go bigger and better next year, that’s for sure!
